Position: All-Rounder Café Team Member
We’re always welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated All-Rounder Café Team Member to join our team. As an All-Rounder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the café, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Café Systems: Ensure consistent service and maintain high standards by adhering to all operational systems and procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the café clean and organized at all times, including kitchen, dining, and customer service areas.
Learn All Aspects of Café Operations: Gain hands-on experience in food preparation, coffee making, cleaning, and customer service.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing a positive experience.
Food & Beverage Prep: Assist with preparing food and drinks, including breakfast items, juices, and high-protein options.
Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall improvement of service quality.
Requirements:
Availability: Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays, as these are essential operational days for the café.
Location: Must be based in or near the Manly area, or willing to commute.
